Dokki Beta
Dokki's newest ideas arrive first as Beta. Each one starts off; you choose which to try.
Betas come at no extra cost, and you can turn them off at any time.
How to try them
- Open Dokki Studio on your computer.
- Go to Studio › Beta.
- Turn on the experience you want to try and follow its steps.
Experiences
-
Party Pad Beta
Your friends' phones become controllers for games on your computer, with nothing to install.
- They scan a QR or type a short code: they join as a controller, nothing more.
- Each player gets a colour (P1 blue, P2 red…), and extra guests help out as copilots with the game's buttons.
- Silent couch audio: the game plays in every guest's headphones, from the browser or the Dokki app, while the computer stays quiet. On a Mac each player gets their own keys (WASD, arrows…).
-
Agent raid Beta
Your whole team's AI agents on your phone, and a double key for dangerous approvals.
- Turn on Agent raid in Studio › Beta, create the raid and show the invite (a QR or a code, valid for 15 minutes).
- A teammate pastes it on the Dev page of their own computer's Dokki: their phone joins with Face ID or fingerprint and sees your agents, their state and the mascot's mood. Read only: never terminals, files or the screen.
- Double key: mark dangerous commands, every approval or chosen sessions, and they only go through once two different people approve. A rejection by anyone rejects.
- Remove a member or end the raid from Studio and access ends at once.
-
Screen wall Beta
Put 5 or 6 phones and tablets around your computer and they become one giant desktop.
- Turn on Screen wall in Studio › Beta, press Start the wall and open Screen on each phone and tablet (or press Join the wall).
- Drag each device to where it sits on your desk; Identify shows a big number on each one.
- Mural spreads one picture across all of them; Mosaic puts a different window on each: Discord, your logs, the game.
- Up to 6 devices, view-only except the one you allow to touch. Works on Mac, Windows and Linux (X11 and Wayland).
-
The grandstand Beta
Your stream's viewers vote from their phones and control real things on your computer: lights, OBS, a macro.
- In Dokki Studio › Beta, pick up to 8 crowd buttons from your own tiles (Hue, Home Assistant scenes, OBS scenes and sounds, macros), each with the taps it needs and a cooldown.
- Put the QR or link on your stream: viewers vote from any phone browser, with no app, account or cookies. Votes go through Dokki's relay and never reach your computer's address.
- Pause, change the link or end it at any moment; cooldowns and per-viewer limits keep it fair.
